Kathryn or “Kat Smiles” has spent her career managing teams of high-performing marketing strategists, designers, brand gurus and fearless creatives. One of her greatest joys is harnessing the skillsets, passions, and dreams of her team members to achieve top results and ensure their creative fulfillment. Kat has lead impactful, nationally adopted, multi-channel marketing campaigns for some of Seattle’s top tech companies.
She brings a quirky flair, charism, and vibrant energy to the business world - melding boundless creativity, thoughtful messaging (puns included) and regimented execution to reach success.
Most recently, Kat has been dedicated to weaving the narrative of Compass into the the Pacific Northwest, driving success for top-producing broker brands in the luxury, new development and green certified segments.
